ABOUT US
The idea for the Ultra Wine
Saver Argon Sprayer came about as a result of Max Walden
and his son, Cooper's "Monday evening wine tasting get-together" at
their home in central California while delighting in the sound
of diligent classical music students studying inside the house
(Max's wife, the cello teacher), while the fathers and wine connoisseur's
sat around a table on the back porch to drink and compare.
But invariably we never finish ALL the wine in the bottles that were
brought... so here lies the dilemma: "what is the best way
to save the wine left over for next Monday's gathering?". Since
everyone was intent on expanding their knowledge of wine by comparing
each week's
wine, what good was it to compare a fresh bottle against one that hadbeen
left open on the counter from the week before that had oxidized?
We bought and tried several wine saver units that were already on
the market; they were very difficult to put the cartridge in, cost
a ton of money, and sprayed the Argon directly under strong pressure
onto the wine, plus
the loading and unloading of the bottles that we wanted to save was
awkward. Needless to say, we did not like the results or the process.
We then bought another type of device, but we did not like the mixture
of gases or delivery technology– high pressure through a straw
onto the wine did not help with preserving our wine. Max did some writing
and drawing and said that he could do a better job of persevering wine
from one week to the next. The next thing he knows, each week someone
would ask him how his wine saver was doing. So he became determined
to develop something he that would do the job easier, better and cheaper.
It took a couple of years, but with the help of his two sons and
daughter, a new product was born: ULTRA
WINE SAVER and is now available to the public!
From the Walden family to Yours,
Cheers! and Enjoy!
