UWS 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
For 90 days from the date of purchase in the United States, UWS warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship including return shipping for products purchased from UWS or it's dealers.

ULTRA WINE SAVER WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
1.) Argon Gas cartridges
2.) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, alterations or failure to follow the operating      instructions.
3.) Damage caused by the use of non UWS Argon gas cartridges.
4.) Silicone stoppers.

Limitations and Exclusions: No person is authorized to assume for Ultra Wine Saver, Inc. any other liability in connection with the sale of an Ultra Wine Saver product. Ultra Wine Saver, Inc. expressly disclaims liability for incidental damage caused by the product for the purchaser's time, loss of the use of the product or of any other costs relating to the care and custody of the product. UWS expressly disclaims any damages as to the cost of repairing or replacing other property which is damaged when this UWS product does not work properly. The remedies provided
