If your item(s) are in stock we will ship within two
business days of your order. If for some reason only some of
your order is in stock we will ship out the part of your order that
is in stock within the next two business days. We will notify
you by email if an item is not in stock and we will ship out the remainder

ULTRA WINE SAVER inc. (UWS) 90 day Limited warranty.
Is in effect for 90 days from the date of purchase in the United States
of America. UWS warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship
including return shipping for products purchased from UWS or its
dealers.
Ultra Wine Saver warranty DOES NOT cover:
1.Argon gas cartridges. 2. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse,
alterations or failure to follow the operating instructions. Damage
caused by the use of other than UWS Argon gas cartridges.
Limitations and exclusions. No person is authorized
to assume for Ultra Wine Saver Inc. any other liability in connection
with the sale of a Ultra Wine Saver product.Ultra Wine Saver Inc. expressly
disclaims liability for incidental damage caused by the product for
the purchaser's time, loss of the use of the product or of any other
costs relating to the care and custody of the product. Ultra Wine Saver
expressly disclaims any consequential damage as to the cost repairing
or replacing other property which is damaged when the this UWS product
does not work properly. The remedies provided under this warranty are
exclusive and in lieu of all others. This warranty gives you specify
legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
DO NOT SHIP ANY ARGON CARTRIDGE WITH RETURNED PRODUCT. YOU MUST HAVE
